Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation. 5. Delivery, Shipping, and International Taxes
Orders are processed and handed over to logistics companies within the timeframes indicated on the website.

Lumina Galaxy is not responsible for external delays caused by courier strikes, weather conditions, or customs hold-ups.

Incorrect Addresses: If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, they will be solely responsible for any additional reshipping costs.

Taxes and Customs: For international shipments (including the US), the customer is responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, or local taxes (Sales Tax) in their state or region.

6. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Conditions for returns, withdrawal, and refunds are strictly regulated by our Return Policy.

For Europe (EU): The legal 14-day right of withdrawal is respected.

Cancellations: Once an order has been processed and sent to the logistics phase, it cannot be canceled mid-transit, and the customer must wait to receive it to initiate the standard return process.
