Estimated Shipping Times: Delivery windows begin from the moment the package leaves our warehouse:

2. Shipping Methods & Tracking 📦

Tracking Number: All orders include a tracking code. You will receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your package is dispatched, allowing you to check its status in real time.
Missed Deliveries: If the courier service cannot find anyone at the address, a second delivery attempt will be made, or the package will be left at a nearby post office or local pick-up point.
3. Shipping Costs and Customs 💰
At Lumina Galaxy, we want your shopping experience to be simple and transparent:
Free Shipping: All orders to Spain and the United States qualify for 100% free standard shipping. There are no hidden fees or additional transport charges at checkout.
Taxes and Customs: For shipments to the US and mainland Spain, the final website prices already include the corresponding taxes. In the exceptional case that local customs duties apply in special tax zones (such as the Canary Islands or US overseas territories), these shall be covered by the buyer.
4. Delivery Address Responsibility 🚫
The customer is responsible for providing a correct, complete, and valid shipping address at the time of purchase.
If an order cannot be delivered, is lost, or is returned to our facilities due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the buyer, any fees associated with reshipping the item will be charged to the customer.
5. Delays and Incidents 📌
While our standard delivery times are highly reliable, our store is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events beyond our control (such as transportation strikes, customs delays, or global logistics bottlenecks).
Delivery Guarantee (Buyer Protection): If 30 calendar days have passed since your shipment confirmation and you have not yet received your order, you will be entitled to choose between a fully free replacement shipment or a 100% full refund of your purchase.
