Returns and Refunds Policy

At Lumina Galaxy, we are committed to providing a safe and transparent shopping experience. If your projector experiences any issues, we apply the following policy in accordance with current regulations:

1. Right of Withdrawal and Errors (First 14 Days) ✨
We offer a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product for any claim:

Defects or Damage: If the product shows manufacturing defects or shipping damage, a free reshipment or a full refund will be issued (requires visual proof).

Withdrawal: If you decide to return it for personal reasons, the product must be in its original packaging and show no signs of use. In this case, shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Reshipment with Shared Cost (Day 15 to Day 30) 📦
If the claim is made outside the initial 14-day period:

No Refunds: Under no circumstances will money be refunded for a change of mind, dissatisfaction, or withdrawal once the 14 days have passed.

Limited Warranty: If the projector experiences a technical fault between day 15 and day 30, no refund will be issued. The option of a new shipment will only be offered if the customer covers 100% of the logistics, handling, and shipping costs.

3. Total Closure of Claims (After 30 Days) 🚫
End of Responsibility: Once 30 days have passed since delivery, Lumina Galaxy is not responsible for any technical failure, damage, or issue.

No Exceptions: Any possibility of a claim, refund, or free replacement is closed after this period. It is understood that the product has been received and accepted in perfect working condition.

4. General Conditions ⚠️
Mandatory Proof: For any incident, it is essential to send clear photos or videos demonstrating the condition of the product.

"Delivered" Status: If the tracking details mark the order as "Delivered," claims for loss will not be accepted unless an official proof from the logistics company is provided.
