Shipping and Returns Policy
At Lumina Galaxy, we work hard to ensure you receive your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. This policy outlines the delivery timeframes, conditions, and responsibilities regarding the shipping and return of our products for our customers in Spain and the United States.
I. SHIPPING POLICY 📦
1. Delivery Timeframes ⏱️
Processing: Orders are prepared and processed within 24-48 business hours following payment confirmation.
Shipping Time (Spain): The estimated delivery time for mainland Spain is 6 to 10 business days from the moment the package leaves our logistics center. For the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, delivery times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time (United States / USA): The estimated delivery time for the continental United States is 6 to 12 business days. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and military bases (APO/FPO), delivery windows may extend by an additional 3 to 5 business days.
Variations: Delivery timeframes are approximate and may vary due to external factors beyond our control (national or local holidays, extreme weather conditions, customs delays, or high-demand periods for courier services such as Correos, USPS, FedEx, etc.).
2. Tracking and Coverage 📍
Tracking Number: All orders include a tracking code that you will automatically receive via email as soon as the package is dispatched, allowing you to check the status of your shipment in real time.
Coverage: We ship to all of Spain and throughout the entire territory of the United States.
3. Shipping Costs 💰
At Lumina Galaxy, all orders qualify for Free Shipping to Spain and the United States. There are no hidden fees or additional transport charges at checkout. (Note for international shipments: Any local customs duties in special territories shall be borne by the customer, although this typically does not apply to this type of product).
4. Customer Responsibility 🚫
The buyer is responsible for providing a correct, complete, and valid shipping address (including apartment or suite numbers and the correct ZIP/postal code). If an order cannot be delivered, is lost, or is returned to our facilities due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, any reshipping fees will be strictly at the customer's expense.
5. Delays and Incidents 📌
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure factors (carrier strikes, customs hold-ups, or exceptional logistics bottlenecks).
Item Not Received: If 30 calendar days have passed since your purchase and you have not received your order (in accordance with the US FTC Mail Product Rule and EU regulations), you will be entitled to a completely free reshipment or a full refund of your money.
II. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY 🔄
We strictly enforce our policies in compliance with current European Union regulations and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines of the United States to offer you a fair and secure service:
1. First 14 Days: Claims and Right of Withdrawal Window ✨
You have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product (the delivery date shown on the tracking information) to file any claim:
Damaged or Defective Items: If the projector has manufacturing defects or damage caused during transit, we will provide a free replacement unit or a full refund. It is mandatory to send clear photos or videos demonstrating the condition and the defect of the product to our support team.
Withdrawal / Change of Mind (Buyer's Remorse):
In Spain/EU: You have a legal right of withdrawal.
In the USA: We accept returns for dissatisfaction within this timeframe.
Conditions: The product and all its components (including projection discs, cables, and manuals) must be completely unused, in their intact original packaging, and show no signs of wear. For voluntary returns due to a change of mind, the return shipping costs to our logistics center shall be entirely covered by the customer.
2. Day 15 to Day 30: Limited Warranty 📦
If a claim is made after the initial 14-day window but before reaching 30 calendar days from delivery:
No Refunds for Dissatisfaction: Under no circumstances will a refund be issued for a change of mind, dissatisfaction, or withdrawal once the first 14 days have passed.
Technical Fault: If the projector experiences a strictly technical operational failure between day 15 and day 30, cash refunds will not be processed. We will only offer the option of a new replacement shipment, provided that the customer covers 100% of the logistics, handling, and shipping costs associated with sending the new package.
3. After 30 Days: Permanent Closure of Claims 🚫
Expiration of Liability: Once 30 days have elapsed from the confirmed delivery date, Lumina Galaxy is not responsible for any failure, damage, wear and tear, or technical issue. Any possibility of a claim, refund, or free replacement is definitively closed after this period.
4. "Delivered" Status ⚠️
If the tracking code from the courier company (Correos, USPS, etc.) officially marks the package as "Delivered", Lumina Galaxy is not responsible for porch piracy, theft, loss in communal mailboxes, or local misplacements. Claims will only be considered if the customer provides an official theft/loss report or proof issued directly by the courier service and signed by the carrier.
